About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This iconic planter, designed by the celebrated Swiss modernist Willy Guhl, features organic, flowing lines that evoke the gentle undulations of an elephant's ear. Crafted from resilient Eternit fiber cement, its form embodies both strength and delicate artistry, a hallmark of mid-century Swiss design heritage.
The sculptural quality of this piece allows it to function as a striking focal point, whether holding a verdant plant or simply standing as an art form on its own. Its quiet presence adds a sense of collected history and thoughtful design to any indoor or outdoor setting.
Expect variations in surface texture, subtle mineral deposits, and a beautifully worn-in patina, all consistent with its age and long-term exposure to the elements.
