Returns Policy

Each piece may differ slightly from the images shown. Expected variations, if any, are outlined in the product description. For our vintage and handcrafted pieces, natural variation in material, finish, tone, texture and form should be expected.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Contact orders@oliveateliers.com within that window to start a return or exchange.

Please Note

Final sale: one-of-a-kind pieces, mirrors, special orders, service-based customizations (including fountain conversions), installed items, items without their original packaging, and international orders, including Canada.

Returned items must be in original (as-was) condition. We reserve the right to decline returns showing signs of damage or misuse.

Approved returns are issued as store credit equal to the original purchase price. Credits are valid for one year from issuance.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its online representation, regardless of exclusions, we will reimburse, replace or otherwise resolve the issue. Please report it within 72 hours of delivery for standard shipping, or before our crew leaves for White Glove and local delivery, with photos of the packaging and the item.
