Limestone Trough - Round
$3,845
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. Originally crafted in Indonesia, this round limestone trough carries the quiet strength of old-world utility. Its substantial form and natural texture suggest a rich heritage, once perhaps a vessel for water or feed in a farm or village setting. Now, it stands as a collected piece, ready to bring an enduring presence to any space, inside or out.
Imagine this piece transformed into a rustic planter, a serene water feature, or even a unique, solid sink. Its simple, unadorned shape speaks to artisanal craft, lending a sense of timeless warmth and stoicism wherever it rests. The naturally rough, tactile surface invites touch, grounding modern design with an ancient spirit.
Expect variations in surface texture, color, and depth, along with signs of wear and a rich patina consistent with its age and former life. These characteristics are inherent to its storied nature.
