Limestone Trough - Round
$995
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. Hand-carved from solid limestone, this collected trough speaks to a heritage of enduring utility and artisan craft. Its substantial, quietly worn-in surface tells a storied past, once serving as a vital water vessel in Indonesian homes and gardens.
Today, this old-world piece offers versatile charm, ready to impart a sense of warmth and stoicism to your space. It can be transformed into a unique water feature, a rustic basin, or a distinctive planter, bringing character to indoor or outdoor settings.
Expect varied patina, subtle mineral deposits, and signs of wear consistent with its significant age and prior use. This object is not inherently modern water-safe and requires a separate internal tray or proper sealing if intended for direct planting or water-holding applications.
