About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This substantial trough, carved from solid limestone in Indonesia, speaks of quiet utility and enduring craft. Its rounded form and solid presence bring an old-world reverence to any setting, inside or out. Originally used as vessels for water storage, it now offers a grounding element of natural beauty.
Today, these robust limestone troughs often find new purpose, subtly transforming into elegant water features, rustic sinks, or planters. Its weight and texture offer a tangible sense of heritage, inviting interaction and contemplation.
Expect varied patina, subtle chipping, and signs of wear consistent with its significant age. This object is not modernly water safe unless properly sealed or used with a separate internal water tray for planting or holding liquids.
