About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This sturdy limestone trough, with its rectangular form, brings a collected, old-world strength to any setting. Originally serving as a functional water vessel in traditional Indonesian landscapes, it carries a silent testament to its heritage.
Today, this timeless form transcends its initial purpose. It offers a grounded presence indoors, perhaps as a focal point for dried botanicals, or serves a functional role outdoors as a characterful planter, or even a serene water feature. Its simple, robust lines speak of enduring craft.
Expect varied patina, textural variations, and signs of wear consistent with its age and former use. This object is not modernly water safe; for direct planting or water features, appropriate sealing or a separate internal tray is recommended.
