Limestone Trough - Rectangle
$4,395
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This substantial limestone trough, with its rectangular form, once served as a vessel for water storage, embodying a tradition of utility and permanence. Its heavy, solid presence introduces an old-world reverence and warmth to any interior or garden.
Today, this venerable object quietly conveys the passage of time. Consider it as a striking base for a water feature, a unique planter, or a contemplative anchor in a carefully composed corner. Its material speaks of heritage and enduring craft, an authentic fragment from a different epoch.
Expect varied patina, characteristic rough textures, and signs of wear consistent with its age and former life. This object is not suitable for direct water containment in its current state; it requires a separate internal tray or sealing if used for planting or as a fountain.
