About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. Hand-carved from solid limestone, this rectangular trough offers a substantial presence and a tangible connection to old-world traditions. Originally functional objects for water collection, these basins quietly bring a sense of collected history to any setting.
Today, this durable limestone vessel finds new life as a distinctive planter, a foundational element for a water feature, or a striking decorative piece. Its heavy form and natural texture provide an anchor in gardens or interior spaces, grounding the eye with its heritage appeal.
Expect variations in texture, coloration, and natural imperfections inherent to aged stone. The surfaces bear a rich patina, reflecting years of exposure and use, with minor chipping and organic growth creating a unique character.
