About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This substantial limestone trough, sourced from Indonesia, speaks of quiet utility and enduring form. Its rectangular silhouette and hand-hewn character reflect old-world craft, suggesting a rich, storied past.
Originally serving as a vessel for water or feed on a farmstead, it now offers a grounding presence. It brings warmth to an outdoor garden, or a sense of collected history to an interior space.
Expect variations in its rich patina, natural coloration, and texture. Signs of wear and minor repairs are consistent with its age and former use. The object is not modernly water safe and should be used with a separate, internal water tray or properly sealed if planting directly for indoor use.
