About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This substantial limestone trough, hailing from Indonesia, quietly speaks of its storied past. Originally conceived for water storage, its solid form and robust presence bring an old-world character to any setting.
Today, these heritage troughs find new life as a striking focal point in a garden, a unique planter for vibrant botanicals, or even as a distinctive sink. Their inherent strength and tactile surface offer a grounding warmth to both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Expect variations in surface texture, natural geological inclusions, and a well-developed patina consistent with age and use. This trough is not modernly water safe and should be used with a separate, internal water tray or properly sealed if intended for direct planting or water features.
