Limestone Trough - Rectangle
$3,245
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. Hand-carved from solid limestone, this rectangular trough carries a storied heritage from its origins in Indonesian homes or farms. Its substantial form and quietly textured surface speak to a deep tradition of craft and utility.
Today, this collected piece offers a grounding warmth and presence to any setting. Utilize it as a distinctive planter for botanical arrangements, a serene water feature, or a unique basin in a garden or courtyard. Its robust material and simple lines bring an old-world reverence.
Expect variations in surface texture, subtle color shifts, and natural markings, all characteristic of its age and previous life. The inherent patina tells a visual story. This object is not modernly water-safe and requires a separate internal tray or proper sealing if used for planting directly or with water.
