Limestone Trough - Oblong
$1,295
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. Carved from solid limestone, this oblong trough embodies the enduring strength and simple utility of old-world craft. Its substantial form and textural surface bring a sense of collected history and quiet permanence to any setting, inside or out.
Originally serving as essential vessels for water or feed, these stone troughs now offer versatile utility. Consider it as a robust planter for a sculptural fern, a unique basin for a water feature, or a stoic anchor in a garden tableau. Its heritage adds an authentic, worn-in warmth to your space.
Expect varied patina, natural stone variations, and signs of wear consistent with its age and former life. This object is not modernly water safe and should be used with a separate, internal water tray or properly sealed if planting directly for indoor use.
