The undulation runs through the back brace and gives the chair its name. A solid seat in hardwood, stained dark and polished until the grain comes up.
In her study, the Poet shaves her pencil to a fine point and drops the shavings into a silver fluted bowl.
Constructed by hand in hardwood, finished dark in a low-VOC water-based stain, sealed and waxed, the edges carefully distressed to a soft two-tone reveal. Variations in natural wood grain and color are to be expected.
