About This Product
Each taper is hand-dipped some twenty-five times in pure beeswax, layer over layer, until it is ready to drip: wax gathering in soft ribbons down the stem and pooling at the foot of the candlestick, the way it did in old French salons and on long holiday tables where no one minded how late the night ran. In natural, the beeswax keeps its own golden color, just as the bees made it.
Because it is real beeswax on an all-natural cotton wick, it burns clean and slow and carries the faint scent of honey on its own, with nothing artificial added. Made in the USA, and made to pair with our brass candlesticks and the Scallop Candle Holder.
Two tapers left burning after dessert, the wax running down the brass like a story no one wanted to end.
