Limestone Trough - Round
$2,235 CAD
About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. These vintage limestone troughs, originating from Indonesia, possess a quiet heritage, once serving as essential vessels for water. Their robust form reflects a history of practical use, embodying old-world utility and enduring craft.
Crafted from solid limestone, this round trough brings a grounded, natural element to any space. It can be reimagined as a striking planter for verdant greenery, an elegant water feature, or even a unique sink basin, lending its storied character to modern living areas or gardens.
Expect varied patina, subtle discoloration, and signs of wear consistent with its age and former life. This object is not modernly water safe for direct use and should be sealed or used with a separate internal liner for planting or water applications.
