About This Product
Object is exactly as shown. This substantial limestone trough, sourced from Indonesia, speaks to the sturdy utility of old-world forms. Its rectangular shape and raw, unadorned surfaces lend a quiet, grounded presence to any setting. Imagine it holding court as a focal point, a testament to enduring material and craft.
Originally functioning as practical vessels for water or agricultural use, these troughs carry a compelling history. They transition beautifully into modern applications, serving as striking planters, unique water features, or even imaginative catch-alls that bring a touch of heritage to your home or garden.
Expect variations in surface texture, subtle color shifts, and natural imperfections consistent with the age and long-standing use of this collected piece. For direct planting or water use, proper sealing is recommended as this object is not natively watertight.
