What is Concierge Services?
How does Concierge Services work?
After a short questionnaire, our Concierge will review your needs and get to work personal shopping on your behalf, liaising with you via email every step of the way. Need design guidance? No problem, schedule a video appointment and our team will arrive prepared to walk you through a personalized design presentation. Following your appointment, you’ll have a 48 hour window to approve your order, which includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Can you provide me with design advice?
Absolutely! We will consult on everything from furniture and object selection and placement to styling of existing surfaces, walls, areas etc. Know exactly what you want? No problem. We'll get to work personal shopping on your behalf.
What type of object recommendations will I receive during my consultation?
From adorning shelves with one-of-a-kind objects to decking the dining room with vintage furniture, pots for the patio, and everything in between. Based on your needs, our team will make recommendations from our abundant inventory of home decor, indoor & outdoor furniture, planters, troughs and sinks.
How often do you release new design appointments?
Appointments are available up to 4 weeks in advance. The booking link refreshes daily.
How much is delivery?
Delivery cost is dependent on the objects in your order, the destination of the delivery, and the level of service requested. Delivery options will be quoted and presented once your order is finalized. Cost of delivery is contingent upon your final order. *Nationwide delivery excludes HI, AK, PR, GU
What is your return policy and do you memo objects?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is. We will, however, reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that become damaged in-transit. Most of our objects have lived many lives and therefore come with patina, age and wear. Please inspect the images of your items carefully before confirming your order. We do not offer memos at this time.
