What is Concierge Services?
How does Concierge Services work?
After a short questionnaire, our Concierge will review your needs and get to work personal shopping on your behalf, liaising with you via email every step of the way.
Do you have an order minimum for Concierge?
Due to high demand and limited capacity, we currently offer Concierge support for orders with a minimum spend of $100. This allows us to focus on sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces available only in person or providing design guidance for larger-scale orders.
How much is delivery?
Delivery cost is dependent on the objects in your order, the destination of the delivery, and the level of service requested. Delivery options will be quoted prior to your order being finalized. Cost of delivery is contingent upon the value and shipping methods of your final order. *Nationwide delivery excludes HI, AK, PR, GU
What is your return policy and do you memo objects?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is. We will, however, reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that become damaged in-transit. Most of our objects have lived many lives and therefore come with patina, age and wear. Please inspect the images of your items carefully before confirming your order. We do not offer memos at this time.
