What is Concierge Services?

We’re on a mission to inspire curious living, by making one-of-a-kind objects accessible to everyone. Our Concierge Services is one more way in which we’re doing just that. Is our flagship Atelier a little too out of reach? Or maybe you simply need a helping hand in adorning your dream home? Our Design Consultant is here to help. Let us bring curious living to you.

How does an appointment work?

Immediately following booking, you will receive a link via email to fill out your Design Questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is complete you will be ready for your virtual consultation. Appointments take place over a video call. Our Design Consultant will come prepared to walk you through a personalized design presentation, and gain your feedback before curating a bespoke hand selection of objects, on your behalf. Following your appointment, you’ll have a 48 hour window to approve your order, which includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.

What can your design consult advise on?

We will consult on everything from furniture and object selection and placement to styling of existing surfaces, walls, areas etc. 

What type of object recommendations will I receive during my consultation?

From adorning shelves with one-of-a-kind objects to decking the dining room with vintage furniture, pots for the patio, and everything in between. Based on your needs, our Design Consultant will make recommendations from our abundant inventory of home decor, indoor & outdoor furniture, planters, troughs and sinks.

Does my deposit go toward my final order?


Do you offer virtual shopping tours of the Atelier?

We do not. Your Design Consultant will personally shop on your behalf, based on your needs. We are not able to facilitate virtual shopping or live tours over the phone.

How often do you release new appointments?

Appointments are available up to 4 weeks in advance. The booking link refreshes daily.

Do you offer in-home consultations?

We offer in-home consultations and installs for projects local/nearby to Los Angeles. Please email for more information.

How much is delivery?

Based on the information provided within your Design Questionnaire, three White Glove delivery estimates will be provided during your private appointment. Cost of delivery is contingent upon your final order and will vary from the initial estimates shown. *Nationwide delivery excludes HI, AK, PR, GU

What is your return policy and do you memo objects?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is. Most of our objects have lived many lives and therefore come with patina, age and wear. Please inspect the images of your items carefully before confirming your order. We do not offer memos at this time.
