What is Concierge Services?

A complimentary service offering design guidance and exclusive access to our entire assortment. Need a helping hand in adorning your dream home? Or maybe our flagship Atelier is a little too out of reach? Our team is here to help. Let us bring curious living to you.

How does an appointment work?

After a short questionnaire, you will select an appointment time for a scheduled call or in-person Atelier visit. Our talented Concierge will come to your meeting prepared to walk you through a personalized design presentation. Following your appointment, we'll get to work curating on your behalf, liaising with you via email or phone every step of the way. For Atelier-based appointments we'll start shopping right away!

Do you have an order minimum for Concierge?

Due to high demand and limited capacity, we currently offer Concierge Services for orders with a minimum spend of $500. This allows us to focus on sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces available only in person or providing design guidance for larger-scale orders.

Can you provide me with design advice?

Absolutely! We will consult on everything from furniture or object selection and placement to styling of existing surfaces, walls, areas etc. Know exactly what you want? No problem. We'll get to work personal shopping on your behalf.

What type of object recommendations will I receive during my consultation?

From adorning shelves with one-of-a-kind objects to decking entire spaces with vintage furniture, pots, and everything in between. Based on your needs, our Concierge will make recommendations from our abundant inventory of home decor, indoor & outdoor furniture, planters, troughs and sinks.

How often do you release new design appointments?

Appointments are available up to 4 weeks in advance. The booking link refreshes daily.

Do you offer in-home consultations?

We offer in-home consultations and installs for projects local/nearby to Los Angeles. Please email concierge@oliveatelers.com for more information.

How much is delivery?

We offer two straight-forward delivery options: Standard or White Glove. We currently offer delivery in the contiguous 48 states. Delivery fees vary by zip code and order total. White Glove service to remote areas may be limited. Please click here to see our shipping and delivery rates.

What is your return policy and do you memo objects?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and all objects are sold as is. We will, however, reimburse or offer replacements for any objects that become damaged in-transit. Please note, most of our objects have lived many lives and therefore come with unique patina, age and wear. Please inspect the images of your objects carefully before confirming your order. We do not offer memos at this time.
