Returns Policy

Each piece may differ slightly from the images shown. Expected variations, if any, are outlined in the product description. We make every effort to accurately represent materials, finishes, and character so you can shop with confidence.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within that window to initiate a return or exchange.

Please Note

One-of-a-kind pieces, mirrors, special orders, service-based customizations, items that have been installed, and items without original packaging are final sale.

Returned items must be in original (as-was) condition. We reserve the right to decline returns showing signs of damage or misuse.

Approved returns are issued as store credit equal to the original purchase price. Credits are valid for one year from issuance.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

International orders are final sale.

For our range of vintage and handcrafted pieces, natural variation in material, finish, tone, texture, and form should be expected.

If your item arrives damaged or materially defective, regardless of exclusions, we will reimburse, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.
