Reporting Damage

We take great care in refining our packaging and shipping processes to help ensure every item arrives safely. However, despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur during transit or delivery.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Please:

Save all original packaging materials.

Take clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging.

Contact us at orders@oliveateliers.com with your order number and supporting photos.

Reporting Timeframes

To be eligible for review, damage must be reported within the following timeframes:

Standard Shipping: Damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

White Glove Delivery/In-House Local Delivery: Damage must be reported at the time of delivery while the delivery team is still present.

These requirements allow us to properly document damage claims and work with our shipping and delivery partners to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.

We appreciate your understanding and will work with you to reach an appropriate resolution whenever damage is reported within the required timeframe.
